Real mail. From me. 💌
A monthly illustrated letter, mailed from me to you.

---------------------------

Hi — Martha here!

Do you like mail, drawings, and small weird things from an artist’s studio?
If so, this might be for you.

Once a month, I send an illustrated letter through the mail.

Each one is filled with drawings, observations, studio thoughts, and whatever odd things have been happening in my life.

It's real mail from a real person, not "content."

Think of me as your fun pen pal—no reply required.

---------------------------

Each letter is part of an ongoing series titled Odd Little Letters.

  • an illustrated, multi-page letter (full of cute drawings + pithy thoughts)
    • (full-size pages, folded into themselves and mailed to you)
  • occasional tiny surprises tucked inside

---------------------------

These letters are meant to feel personal and a little unusual — something your quirky artsy friend Martha sends you.

Which is exactly what they are.

---------------------------

Each letter is part of an ongoing series titled Odd Little Letters.

Each one is numbered and dated like a small artifact from the studio.

Each issue ("specimen") is created in small batches in Vermont by me, Martha.

Not only is this an affordable way to support a local (to me) artist, it's fun to see what Martha's thinking about, get her thoughts on both art-and-non-art topics, and just enjoy the playful nature of these letters. Also, something hand-written in my mailbox? These days, a rarity!

The detail, the fun, the old-fashioned ink pen! I just love getting snail mail correspondence. I cannot wait for my next letter!
