⭐ How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Every once in a while, something like preparing for a large event may slow things down slightly—but in general, I try to get your art out the door quickly, because I want it in your hands as soon as possible. Art is packed carefully and sent with diabolical love.


⭐ Where do you ship?

At the moment, I ship within the United States only.

I keep shipping simple and affordable with a $3.99 flat rate, and offering international shipping would mean higher costs and additional variables around customs, delays, and fees. For now, staying U.S.-only helps keep things smooth and predictable for everyone.


⭐ How much does shipping cost?

All U.S. orders ship for a $3.99 flat rate.

This applies to standard items currently available on my site.
Original artwork or special/custom orders may require different shipping arrangements, which will always be communicated clearly before purchase.


⭐ Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! All orders ship via USPS with tracking, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.


⭐ What shipping carrier do you use?

I almost always ship via USPS, using tracked (and usually insured) shipping so orders can be followed along the way and handled properly if something unexpected happens.


⭐ Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible once an order has been placed.

If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help—but once an order has shipped, I’m unable to make changes.


FAQ — Returns & Exchanges

⭐ What is your return or exchange policy?

I want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.

Because my work is created in small batches, I don’t accept returns or exchanges for preference changes, gift selections, or items that arrive safely and as described.


⭐ What if my package is delayed or lost?

Once a package leaves my studio, delivery timing is in the hands of USPS—but if something seems truly delayed or lost, please reach out.

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived within 7–10 days of shipping, I’ll help investigate. If a package is confirmed lost, I’m happy to reship or refund your order.


⭐ What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage. I’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.


⭐ Are original artworks returnable?

Original artworks (when available) are final sale, unless they arrive damaged.

⭐ What kinds of products do you sell?

Items in my shop include high-quality art prints and greeting cards, all created from my original artwork.

I also offer stickers and magnets featuring my designs. While those items are produced by trusted American manufacturers, all artwork is originally created by me.

Every paper product—prints and cards—is printed, quality-checked, and packaged by me personally.

I do have original artworks available for sale, but do not generally list them on my website. Please reach out if you are interested in finding out more!


⭐ What kind of prints are these?

My prints are archival giclée art prints made from my original, hand-drawn and hand-painted artwork.

They are not mass-produced posters—each print is created using professional printers and archival materials to closely match the original piece.

If you’re interested in original artwork, feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to hear from you.


⭐ What are your prints printed on?

Prints are produced on matte, acid-free, bright white paper that I’ve personally selected for quality and color clarity.

I use archival pigment inks, resulting in long-lasting prints with rich, vibrant color—essentially studio-made giclée prints.


⭐ Will the colors look exactly the same as on my screen?

Screens vary, so colors may look slightly different in person than they do on your device.

That said, I take great care to ensure that prints closely match the original artwork, and I also do my best to make the images you see online as accurate as possible.


⭐ Do prints come framed?

Prints are sold unframed, unless clearly noted otherwise. 


⭐ What sizes are available?

Available sizes are listed on each product page.

If you’re interested in a larger size than what’s currently offered, feel free to reach out—I may be able to accommodate that depending on the piece.


⭐ Are your greeting cards blank inside?

Yes! All greeting cards are blank inside, so you can write your own message.

Cards are A6 size (6.25 × 4.5 inches) and include an envelope.


How are your stickers and magnets made?

Stickers and magnets are created from my original artwork and produced by carefully selected U.S.-based manufacturers.

Stickers are printed on high-quality, durable vinyl and are weather-resistant. Magnets are thick, strong, and made to last. I choose my production partners intentionally and only offer products I’m proud to put my name on.


⭐ How are prints and cards packaged?

All items are packaged carefully to protect them during shipping.

Cards are often packaged in a clear sleeve.
Prints are packed with a backing and a clear protective sleeve and are shipped flat.


Do you sell hats?

Yes! I currently offer a limited run of embroidered beanie hats.

These hats were produced in a small run of 72 total, in three colors selected by me. The beanies themselves were chosen for comfort and durability—they’re a high-quality, Carhartt-style knit—and are locally embroidered by New Duds.

Once this run sells out, they may not be restocked.


⭐ Is your artwork made by a human?

Yes—very much so.

All artwork is hand-drawn, hand-painted, and hand-lettered by me, and reproduced from my original work.

No AI is used in the creation of my art. Every piece comes from my own ideas, lived experience, and flashes of inspiration from the art muse.


⭐ Do you take commissions?

I generally don’t take commissions, as I’m focused on developing my own body of work.

That said, I’m always happy to listen to ideas, and on rare occasions I’ll take on a commission if the project truly excites me. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to start a conversation.

Yes! I offer wholesale for both brick-and-mortar shops and online retailers.


⭐ How do I place a wholesale order?

Wholesale orders are currently handled through my Faire shop.
